Nicolás Díaz "Lobo"

MOUNTAINEER, ROCKCLIMBER, DESIGNER, SPEAKER

He has 12 years of experience in Mountaineering both nationally and internationally. He is the Co-founder, General Director and Expeditionary of “Huella de Montaña" (ie : Mountain Footprint), Corporation and Sports Club of High Mountain and Climbing, a sports project that seeks to ascend the highest point of each continent. He reached 3 of the 7 Summits of Project 7 Colmillos Continentales: Aconcagua in South America, Kilimanjaro in Africa, Elbrus in Eastern Europe. Adding to this Mont Blanc in Western Europe, highest point of the Alps and cradle of Mountaineering. Recently he participated in the Expedition to Mount Denali, highest point of the North American continent and considered one of the coldest mountains on the planet.

Since 2016 as a Co-founding member, he actively participates in the management group of Free Mountains of Colombia and GMEC (Guild of Mountaineers and Climbers of Colombia) where his role as a spokesperson, together with an interdisciplinary team, established connections at national level with athletes and governmental entities, to advance hand in hand with the group FECDME (Colombian Federation of Mountain and Climbing Sports), the processes necessary to take this activity to the National Parks and to develop and access regulation for Mountaineering and Climbing in the country.

As a Speaker, his main motivation is to spread Mountaineering as a path of multiple teachings to be formed from being. His message retains a latent balance between mysticism and sport.

He currently serves as Director of Brand Projects for Rayanegra Visual Design, his Independent Design firm for 10 years.

Liliana Guerra

MUSICÓLOGA . PAISAJISTA SONORA . INVESTIGADORA

Ha estado en contacto con la música desde los 8 años. A la edad de 13 años, inicia sus estudios musicales en la orquesta sinfónica juvenil de  Colombia, reafirmando su infinito  gusto  y  vínculo  con  la  música.  Sus primeros estudios  de  violín  los  realiza con el maestro Osiris Rodríguez, posteriormente fortalece su proceso de formación musical en la fundación Auros, bajo la dirección del maestro y productor Alexander Cuesta-Moreno.

Realizó  sus  estudios  profesionales  en  la   Fundación  Universitaria  “Juan  N. Corpas”,  bajo  la  dirección  de  los  maestros  Jorge  Zorro,  Alena  Kratzuskaya,  en armonía  y  teoría  musical;  Y   de  violín  con  el  Maestro  Fabio  Santana,  de  igual manera en la Universidad Sergio Arboleda con el maestro Mauricio Cristancho.

 

FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

Pregrado: Profesional con el título “Maestro en música” otorgado por la facultad de artes y música de la universidad Sergio Arboleda en Bogotá, Colombia en el año 2013.

Maestría: Máster oficial en interpretación e investigación musical. Universidad Internacional de Valencia, España. 2019.

 Doctorado: Doctorado en música. Universidad Católica de Argentina. (En curso actualmente. Con énfasis en creación y manejo de paisaje sonóro).

 

DESEMPEÑO Y EXPERIENCIA EN PAISAJE SONORO

Realizar registros, procesar y dar valor a las fuentes sonoras que nos rodean es parte fundamental de entender el sistema de relaciones entre el  ser humano y su entorno, que mas allá de generar un planteamiento estético, produce unos códigos de comunicación y entendimiento que definen la identidad auditiva material e inmaterial de quien se escucha. La acústica ambiental cobra gran significado a través de la captura  perceptiva sonora.

Entendiendo el valor identitario del sonido Liliana Marcela se especializa en el paisaje sonoro material e inmaterial Colombiano. Ha documentado durante los últimos 2 años el paisaje sonoro natural y cultural como: Los cantos de vaquería en el Casanare, el Volcán Machín en el Tolima, en el Quindío: el Volcán paramillo y la reserva natural de Barbas Bremen, las cavernas de “Entre Cerros” en Santander, en el Guanía: Los cerros de Mavecure, la selva y las danzas tradicionales de locales indígenas. Además de la riqueza natural de aves, ríos y comunidades autóctonas. Entre muchos otros creando así  un amplio  archivo sonoro material e inmaterial colombiano. 

Actualmente Liliana Marcela se desempeña como investigadora musical y paisajista sonora dentro del proyecto colombiano “Cumbres Blancas”, el cual pretende documentar la despedida inminente de los glaciares de nuestro país debido al impacto directo del ser humano y el cambio climático. 

En cuanto a equipos de producción profesional de paisaje sonoro, Liliana Marcela cuenta con una grabadora digital portátil  Zoom H6, dos micrófonos unidireccionales combinados de alta calidad (Que funcionan como bidireccionales igualmente),  micrófono unidireccional de estudio de grabación, micrófono de solapa para entrevistas, micrófono boom para captura sonora 360.                                    

 

DESEMPEÑO ACTUAL:

Se ha desempeñado como docente en la facultad de artes y música  de la Universidad Sergio Arboleda con sede en Bogotá, Colombia. Ha sido maestra del  área de violín, asesora de tesis de pregrado y ha dirigido dos  cátedras representativas: proyecto artístico, música y escena.

Cómo intérprete ha sido   violinista y jefe de grupo de segundos violines de la orquesta sinfónica de la Universidad Sergio Arboleda, de igual manera es la violinista principal del Septeto Colombiano, importante agrupación ganadora de concursos en el ámbito musical Colombiano.

Es solista instrumental especializada en músicas latinoamericanas y del mundo ha tenido la oportunidad de ofrecer conciertos  y representar a Colombia en países como: Argentina, México y Perú.

 Dentro de su trabajo investigativo musicológico y etnomusicológico recorre Colombia registrando a través del paisaje sonoro los patrimonios  naturales y culturales de la nación.

Photographer specialized in nature and heritage. He has developed his photographic work with the intention of documenting and making known from his own perspective, the natural and cultural heritage of Colombia.

He has portrayed Colombia as few people ever did, traveling with his lens 32 departments, 700 documented destinations, 22 World Heritage Sites in the country, more than 20 indigenous communities, 35 fairs, festivals and carnivals representative of the Colombian intangible cultural heritage, more than twenty volcanoes , 25 natural national parks, 15 heritage towns, 24 natural national parks, all freshwater and salt water borders of Colombia, 4 archaeological parks, 15 sea islands and 17 moors, among others.

Ana María Giradlo

MOUNTAINEER . ENTREPRENEUR

Ana María Giraldo Ing Industrial, lecturer and entrepreneur. She is a member of the 7 Cumbres Manantial Expedition. She ascended Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest in Africa; one of the first Colombians to reach Everest; Shisha Pangma climbed from the Tibetan side; she also climbed Denali in Alaska, Cotopaxi and Chimborazo, in Ecuador, Elbrus, the highest mountain in Europe; and reached the highest in America, Aconcagua. She has also climbed all the summits of Los Nevados National Natural Park in Colombia.

Felipe Mesa

PHOTOGRAPHER . ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATIONIST

Production Engineer, with a postgraduate degree in Management and Environmental Management, is dedicated to documentary and nature photography to raise awareness about conservation.

He makes expeditions to remote places in Colombia and has more than ten years of experience in photography and video for social and environmental projects throughout the Colombian territory.

 

He has participated in publications of books, magazines and newspapers. He is the director of the NGO More Heroes, where they use art to inspire and generate positive transformations in our society.

en compañía de su hijo Josué, lideran campañas de comunicación enfatizadas en educación ambiental y la protección nuestros diferentes ecosistemas, además de el papel de las familias colombianas en el retroceso del cambio climático.

Ha publicado diferentes textos y foto-reportajes en medios nacionales e internacionales, compartiendo experiencias investigativas y de viaje, realizando análisis territoriales y del paisaje, retratando procesos reivindicativos de comunidades rurales y urbanas de diferentes regiones de Colombia.


Hace parte del Salón Colombiano de Fotografía Bienal 2018.
Voluntario del Parques Nacionales Naturales Los Nevados (2017) y El Cocuy (2018), haciendo énfasis en fotografía de paisaje y fauna, para los programas de monitoreo, educación ambiental y sistemas sostenibles para la conservación.

Young leader who works for a more sustainable and equitable world.
She is an ambassador for One Young World, the world's largest youth leader conference, and one of 88 women chosen by the Homeward Bound program for a leadership training trip to Antarctica in 2019.
She currently works as the Sustainability Manager of Bavaria She is a lawyer from the University of Los Andes and a specialist in economics. She is a columnist for the magazine Sustainable Week and has published in various national and international media. She worked for the WWF for more than three years in international negotiations on climate change and in local policy advocacy.

She has taught international environmental law at the Universidad del Rosario and the U. Externado. She is co-author of the book Climate Change: What is at stake (2015) and The Paris Agreement: this is how Colombia will act against climate change, among other publications.

Josué Arias

GLACIOLOGIST . LAST GUARDIAN

The last Colombian glaciologist. The snow Man.

Responsible for studies on Glacier Dynamics in Colombia in the @ideamcolombia has spent 20 years studying, listening and speaking for our glaciers.

Jorge Luis Ceballos fell in love with the study of the Nevados “a profession that is extinguished at the same rate as the snow in the Colombian mountains: one centimeter a day” according to @elespectador

Germán Jiménez

MOUNTAIN GUIDE . RESCUER

Guide and mountain rescuer, he works as a national reference for rescue operations, search and rescue in the mountains for the Colombian Red Cross, he also works as a mountain guide in the Nevados National Parks.

He is an athlete in different sports, paragliding pilot, ultra trail runner, mountain biking and adventure motorcycling.

He is currently developing a personal project called THE WAY, which seeks to travel the 3 highest mountain ranges in the world, Andes, Alps and the Himalayas on 2 wheels, either by bicycle or motorcycle.

Fito

THE NOMAD

Our animal ambassador, watchdog and adventurer. Fito has been in more than 6 countries and he walked 50 km on the Annapurna circuit where he met the snow. He was rescued in Bogota and is almost two years old.
